2024 Official Hotel Packages & Safari Camping

Goldenvoice has again partnered with Valley Music Travel to offer bundle packages consisting of hotel accommodations, festival passes, and shuttle passes for Coachella 2024 W1 and W2. VMT also offers luxury Safari Campgrounds accommodations adjacent to the festival grounds as well. More information about these packages and links to purchase them via AXS are available from VMT's website: https://www.valleymusictravel.com/events/coachella. They are though priced quite high, and there are no real bargains.

The hotel packages consist of 3-4 night stays with check in either Thursday or Friday and check out Monday for each of the Coachella weekends. These can be booked for two-person occupancy (one or two beds) or four-person occupancy (two beds only). Some of the hotels are requiring all people to be adults age 21+. Advance purchase is required and can be done in installments with an initial $99 down through June 30, 2023 and then six equal payments due on the 15th of each subsequent month through December 2023, or 25% down from July 1 through November 30 and then up to three equal payments due on the 15th of each subsequent month through December 2023. There is a $5 installment fee charge added to each payment. The wristbands and shuttle passes will not be sent to customers in advance but will instead be available for pickup during designated check-in hours.

The Safari Campgrounds offer fully furnished, air-conditioned accommodations and includes Safari tents and cabanas options. Amenities include guest passes, golf cart transportation between stages, private parking adjacent to the campground, air-conditioned restrooms and showers, breakfast and late-night snacks, an air conditioned lounge, and concierge service. The guest passes provide exclusive access to all VIP sections, guest viewing areas, artist compound, and production road. For 2024 The Resort at Coachella is being offered as luxury accommodations including fully furnished yurts and residences with artist passes even more amenities, such as private bathrooms and showers, free WiFi, and a personal concierge/golf cart driver. The artist passes also provide exclusive access to all VIP sections, guest viewing areas, artist compound, production road, plus artist catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Purchased packages come with two wristbands and an option to add up to two more for a fee plus one parking pass for a lot adjacent to the camping area. All guests must be adults age 18+ and will check in beginning Thursday and check out on Monday of the appropriate weekend. Passes and credentials must be picked up at an off-site location. There are no layaway plans available for Safari and Resort packages.
