I'm trying it this year only because I'm arriving later Thursday from AZ and want to see if it makes things any easier- I like to be a little closer to the main gates if possible because let's face it, I'm old... Last year's W2 cluster of getting in line at 1:30am and not getting to sleep until 5:30am Thursday is not something I want to repeat if possible. I realize that was weather and not controllable, so I figure why not give it a try? -

I wonder how this is going to work with the preferred camping. Seems like if you get there late you still are going to be pretty far back. And how are going to get to those spots if you show up late and 10 is already filling up?

All of my friends that are camping got the same camping sticker regardless if they are regular car camping or preferred car camping. I see a giant cluster fuck about to unfold.Comment

I was going to guess that preferred camping would be exactly where it is- even though that is a huge area, being by central market isn't that far back really...Comment

After reading this, I am a bit sad that I did not notice there was preferred camping and I would have been fine paying the extra so I don't have to walk as much lol. Dammit, I used to get to get their early Thursdays and get some close ass spots.Comment
