It's raining paradise by the dashboard light

Meat Loaf, a.k.a. Marvin Lee Aday, has died at age 74. A statement was released through his verified Facebook account saying that his wife and daughters were with him at the time of the death. No cause has been given. Known for his classic rock staples "Bat Out of Hell," "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad," ""I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)," and "Paradise by the Dashboard Light," Meat Loaf rose to fame in the mid-late '70s and appeared in TV shows and movies including "The Rocky Horror Picture Show."

So there won't be any Meat Loaf performance at the next Desert Trip.
